- To serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting for related queries
- Conduct on-site visits to client locations to provide hands-on support and training
- Collaborate with the relevant departments to ensure seamless strategic implementation
- Collect and analyse user feedback to continually improve the program
- Assist in developing and delivering training materials and workshops for clients
- Monitor and report on usage and user satisfaction
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to guide clients
- Support the development of the departments adoption strategies
- Assist in organising and participating in events and demonstrations
- Bachelors Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Experience in customer-facing roles (preference Motor or Technical sector)
- Excellent command of English
- Work on-site Monday to Friday
- Flexibility to work weekends and Public holidays as required by the business
- Valid Drivers licence and willingness to travel
