RAM HAND TO HAND COURIER (Pty) Limited , Johannesburg (South Africa)
Main purpose of the job
To provide a reliable and courteous transportation service to staff and participants with safety as a top priority; to provide a communication link between participants and staff; to operate and maintain assigned vehicles; and to maintain vehicles and participant and staff records
Location
To transport the study participants from their homes to the site
Train DOT supports after enrolment of study participants
To find “lost to follow-up” participants and provide a report
Fueling the vehicles
Daily maintain of the log book and Fuel consumption
Preparing accident and incident reports as and when necessary
Providing other service as requested by management when not engaged in transportation service
Required minimum education and training
Code 10 drivers’ license with PDP
Computer literacy using MS Word and Excel or willingness to learn
Required minimum work experience
2 years’ experience working as a driver
Ability to maintain accurate records
Familiar with JOHANNESBURG and surrounding areas
Desirable additional education, work experience and personal abilities
Sober habits
Ability to work after hours if necessary
