Requirements
- Completed Matric
- Experience in Sales/Business Development or Passion for Real Estate
- Own Vehicle
- Valid Licence
- Own Laptop
- Average value of closed deals per month range from around R3 million to R10+ Million per month.
- An agent's commission on a R3, 500, 000 sale would typically look as follows:
- Single agent @ 100% of agent team commission = R87, 500
- Team of 3 agents (on a single property):
- Senior agent @ 50% = R43, 750
- Junior agent @ 25% = R21, 875
- Junior agent @ 25% = R21, 875
Responsibilities
- Handling landlord/tenant requests, managing marketing strategies
- Digital marketing, sales, and customer relationship management
- Property valuations, sales brokering, and viewings
- Market inventory and trend awareness
