Skill Farm Members are invited to apply for the following role:
Responsibilities:
Reconciliation of the bank statement to the balance sheet.
Reconcile monthly interest tables to the bond statements.
Updating interest tables with new interest rates.
Ensure monthly & quarterly bond payments are paid timeously.
Process journals for electricity and water accruals and provisions.
Reconcile Tax reports to balance.
Assist auditors with all audit queries and recons.
Skills & Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you will need to have a tertiary degree in accounting/finance and at least 3 years' Accounting experience within the real estate industry.
A strong proficiency in MDA property software and MS Excel are essential.
The ideal candidate for this position will need to have a high level of attention to detail, strong communications skills and must be able to work independently with the ability with the ability to meet tight deadlines
