An established and dynamic Real Estate Agency is looking for a capable and motivated Office Assistant to join their team.
This role would be well suited to a candidate who has experience in Office Administration and can meet all the requirements stated below:
Duties & responsibilities
General:
- Answer telephones and take messages, distributing accordingly
- Operate scanners, facsimile machines and photocopiers
- Create documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Answer routine inquiries from clients, agents, and brokers
- Manage the administration for re-lets and existing business
- Provide clerical support to agents during the sales process
Marketing:
- Assist in creating advertisements, posting photos and videos of available re-let properties as well as answering questions about advertised properties
- Create and manage a data base by gathering information about people who are interested in buying or selling properties
Knowledge & skill requirements
- Excellent computer skills
- Good writing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- English reading, writing and arithmetic skills in required
- Confident and forthcoming
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills for all personality types

Employment requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Preferably a driver’s license (NO endorsements)
- South African ID or Passport
- Office administration and marketing experience – minimum of 2 collectively
