Job Description:
We are seeking skilled Letting Agent Outreach Specialists based in South Africa to serve as Virtual Assistants for our team. This role focuses on making phone calls to letting agents, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings with contacts sourced from platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are crucial for this customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to letting agents, managing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Arrange meetings and follow-ups with business contacts on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
- Communicate effectively with both internal team members and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain accurate records of all calls and meetings.
- Manage time effectively and ensure timely coordination of all tasks.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a virtual or remote setting.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to clients and building professional relationships.
- Familiarity with using social media platforms for business outreach and communication.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Experience working with letting agents or in real estate-related services.
