URGENTLY looking for a Reception / Admin Clerk who is fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English. Must be able to start immediately.
We are looking to add someone to our existing team. The successful candidate will have to be flexible and willing to work in different “chairs”, be computer literate and able to communicate professionally (telephonic, emails, etc) in both English and Afrikaans.
Full function reception including but not limited to:
- First contact by means of reception area, incoming telephone calls, email
- Receiving visitors, ensuring boardroom area is clean and refreshments prepared
- Placing orders to relevant suppliers (stationary, water, groceries, PPE, etc)
- Stock management of what was ordered through this position
