Job responsibilities:
- · Managing of receptionist
- Training of receptionist
- Reception stock control
- Resolving member complaints
- Communication with members and staff
- Cash management
- Assisting with administration when necessary – covering for Administrator
Job requirements:
- Intermediate PC skills
- Previous experience within a front desk/hotel reception or welcome desk position added advantage
- Ability to motivate staff and lead by example
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise at all levels
