We are a dynamic independent Short Term Insurance and Reinsurance brokerage, situated in Sandton We are looking for an energetic Receptionist who’s duties will be but is not limited.Meet and greet clients in a professional manner provide refreshments to all clients Operate switchboard telephone system Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time spent on hold Take thorough messages, indicating the callers first and last name, company name if applicable, if the caller wishes to leave a message email the message to the appropriate person who should call the client back.Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires Assist with filing and archiving duties and other administrative tasks as needed by all staff Ordering of stationery and office supplies ensuring supplies are monitored and stock control is maintained Maintenance of printer and Itec billing Providing new staff member Assist the Director with travel arrangements, visa requirements, filing, printing, voyager, and any admin duties as needed Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient with clients and employees Please note that we wish to fill this position with a Non-smoker as the reception area needs to be attended at all times ensuring clients and guests are not kept waiting and calls are answered on time The successful candidate will need to have a minimum grade 12 qualification and be competent in English with a basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel Our office hours are 08h00 to 17h00 Monday to Friday Please reply to Reception174@outlook.com with copies of qualifications and any previous experience” Salary to be discussed.
