MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To supervise the daily operations within the reception department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Supervise and develop team members
Supervise and support all Pre-admission and Admission processes as per Patient Administration System Manual and Organisational Policies
Manage financial risks by ensuring that policies and procedures are adhered to
Required Education
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12 or equivalent / relevant experience in a hospital administration environment

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Relevant experience in a hospital administration environment
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in a supervisory capacity
