The successful candidate’s normal working hours will be 8 am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Duties
• Providing quality service and professional responses to customers who contact the Company telephonically or visit the reception area
• Ensuring that customer calls are transferred to appropriate extensions accurately and with minimal delay
• Recording call back messages in instances where call recipients are out of the office
• Preparing all documents for interview and responding to all front line emails
• Undertaking general administrative duties associated with the switchboard area
• Assisting Sales Managers with administrative functions
Requirements
• Grade 12
• Multilingual individual
• Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
• Previous training as a switchboard operator.
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous experience in reception would be advantageous
