We are seeking to employ a receptionist to our growing team at Premiere IT and Business Academy.

Requirements:
- Computer Literate
- Basic Knowledge of Office Admin.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Ability to operate a switchboard and photocopy machine.
- Be well organized and dependable.
- Look and be well presented.
- Must be between the ages of 21 - 25.
Duties:
- First point of contact students and visitors.
- Operate a switchboard.
- Work on Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Update company telephone directory on a monthly basis.
- Data Capturing.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as: filing, photocopying and scanning the necessary documentation.
- Inform employees of visitors or students who awaits them.
