Minimum Requirements
Head and shoulders photograph together with updated CV
Grade 12 Certificate
South African Identity Document
Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Ability to work accurately under pressure
Stable career with contactable references
3 – 5 years’ work experience in reception and administration
Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail
Exceptional customer service skills
Well-presented
Police Clearance certificate

Key Responsibilities
Work a busy switchboard and ensure that calls are answered within 3 rings
Answering the calls in a professional and friendly manner and redirect as appropriate
Meeting and greeting of all visitors
Ensure all messages are logged and forwarded to the appropriate department
Arrange meeting rooms and refreshments
Process incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
