Receptionist
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (non-negotiable)
Sound Reception experience and tack record
Sound Microsoft Office skills in Word and Outlook
Maintain an incoming call detail sheet to demonstrate that cold calls are distributed fairly
Divert incoming calls to the nightline at the end of the day
Rapport faults on the switchboard and lines
Admin and General
Keeping of electronic diaries as required
Liaise with the shops staff
Keep daily stats on client’s calls and visits
Attend to courier companies by linking them with the relevant staff members.
