Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Handling of the switchboard & screening calls
- General admin, filing, scanning and admin related duties
- Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
- Working on Microsoft Office Programs - specifically word, excel and outlook
- Data capturing of work enquiries and on-going works
Requirements:
- Confident and competent with good communication skills
- Professional attitude, organised, responsible and friendly
- Matric
- Receptionist/Administration experience is required
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Microsoft office – Intermediate level (Word, Excel, Outlook)
