Receptionist
An opportunity has become available for a candidate as a Receptionist. The primary responsibility of this incumbent will be to ensure the efficient and enthusiastic manning of the switchboard and front off
Key Performance Areas:
- Ensure efficient operation and manning of the switchboard
- Ensure the reception area appearance and functionality are managed efficiently
- Ensure all administrative requirements are attended to competently
- Ensure efficient assistance is given to the Accounts Department, when required
Minimum Requirements:
- Professional, enthusiastic and well presented
- Fluent in English
- Preference will be given to candidates who are available immediately
- Minimum three years working experience in an office environment, including experience in a Reception position
- Sound Computer Literacy skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel
- Good communication skills, both verbal & written
- Proven track record of honesty, confidentiality and integrity
