We seek to employ the service of an experienced female or male Receptionist who will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our Hotel. Who will be in charge of giving clients/guests directions to various parts of the Hotel, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.
Duties
Greet, communicate with and welcome guests
Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
Check, sort and forward emails
Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed
Provide excellent customer service.
Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination
Qualification
Written and verbal communication skills.
Sensitivity and understanding.
To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The ability to work well with others.
Administration skills.
