We seek to employ the service of an experienced Receptionist who will be responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests, in line with the hotel’s vision and values on customer satisfaction.
Duties
Welcome and greet guests.
Answer and direct incoming calls.
Inform guests of hotel rates and services.
Make and confirm reservations for guests.
Register and check guests in.
Confirm relevant guest information.

Ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment
