We are looking for a Receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our Hotel. You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.
Responsibilities
Answers clients as needed or directs the inquiry to the person best able to answer.
Greets incoming clients and visitors in a friendly and positive way.
Maintains a neat and tidy reception area
Maintains and updates the Welcome Board each day, and throughout the day, to keep announcements current.
Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent,
computer keyboarding skills,
Communication skills,
Organizational skills,
Ability to respond to requests effectively and efficiently.
