This is a three-month fixed contract and if successful could lead to permanent employment with the company. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering switchboards, screening calls, transferring calls, and taking messages.
- Ensuring a neat and tidy office environment.
- Ordering of all office supplies.
- Checking the reception emails, and the maintenance emails, and answering and forwarding as necessary.
- Must have reception experience
- Must be computer literate
- Communication is key and as such must be able to communicate well. (Afrikaans and English)
- Clear Credit and Criminal Record
- Own transport is a must
