REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Education: Grade 12
Additional Qualifications: Secretarial and/or Office Administration qualification
2 years relevant experience
REQUIREMENTS:
Answering incoming telephone calls and taking messages.
Client interaction and liaison.
Tend to Clients during meetings;
Provide secretarial and administrative support for meetings, seminars and/or
workshops, including the taking of notes, planning, organizing and scheduling of
meetings;
Replenishment of office stationery provisions;
Ordering and controlstationery and consumables;
Attend to coffee/ tea on request by management;
Organizing catering hosting and facilitating of office functions when requested;
Ensure general neatness of office facilities such as printing station and boardrooms;
Monitoring/ Managing cleaning materials;
Monitoring/ Managing coffee, tea, milk, sugar;
Ensure boardroom facilities are in working condition such as dry wipe markers etc.;
Reception duties
