RECEPTIONIST AND HR ASSISTANT eZaga Holdings (Pty) Ltd. in Sandton is in the market for a vibrant RECEPTIONIST & HR ADMINISTRATOR whose primary responsibility is to manage the organizations front desk, welcoming and engaging with guests & clients. This role is focused on the importance of excellent communication, presentation skills, and effective maintenance of a reception area. The successful candidate will assist the HR Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and switchboard management
  • Taking and retrieving messages for various personnel
  • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company website and other related information.
  • Managing diaries, Boardroom reservations, organizing meetings and appointments, as well as controlling access to 4 Executives.
  • Arranging travel, transfers, and accommodation
  • Organising events / conferences when required
  • Reminding the Directors of important tasks and deadlines
  • Coordinate and manage minutes and action lists from meetings.
  • Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Assist with document drafting, control and management.
