Duties & Responsibilities
- Receiving and transferring calls.
- Booking of boardrooms.
- Arranging for Boardrooms to be cleaned before and after meetings.
- Ensuring the building is clean and neat, oversee cleaners.
- Enrol visitors and staff as and when required on the system.
- Assist with meeting room bookings and facilitation when necessary.
- Daily feedback and check ins with Manager.
- Monitoring and issue of stock including the detergents and cleaning chemicals.
- Report any incidents / queries / occurrences immediately to Line Manager.
- Safekeeping and responsibility of company assets i.e. laptop etc.
- Counting of tea and coffee stock. (Give order lists to Administrator).

Qualifications
- Grade 12 essential.
- Business and Administration Diploma/certificate highly advantageous.
- Ms Office certification highly advantageous.
- Minimum 3 5 years experience in a Receptionist position
- Switchboard management experience essential;
- Proficient with MS Office and Outlook;
- General health and safety knowledge or experience advantageous.
