Job Overview We are looking for a Receptionist/Data Capturer/General Admin who is an individual that is proud of his/her work, who is efficient and would be an asset to the company. Requirements: · 3 Years’ experience as a receptionist. · Experience with basic administration. · Matric certificate (pass) would be an advantage. · Be prepared to work overtime when required. Duties and responsibilities include and are not limited to: · Perform data entry and filing tasks. · Answer phones and take messages. · Respond to emails. · Manage mail correspondence. · Greet clients and visitors. · Help maintain office calendar. · Assisting with invoicing. · Perform data entry and filing tasks. · Manage inventory of office suppliers. · Perform other clerical tasks as needed. Responsibilities: · Follow instructions from superior. · Report any safety risks. · Report any damage to equipment.
