Receptionist for 4 Star Hotel

Total Staff Hospitality are very excited to announce that our client, a luxury Hotel operator, is looking for Receptionist for their 4 Star property, restaurant, bar lounge and events for up to 200, I am
looking for someone who is professional, courteous, efficient,
well-presented and above all hospitable
Duties will involve check in/out of guests, use of 'Brilliant' computer system, handling calls etc.
Responsible
for staying current on all the Hotels services and the times available,
and promoting them to guests, as well as having a basic knowledge of
local tourist sights.High standards of hospitality are to be maintained at all times, and you will offer assistance at all times. Owing to the nature of the business, flexibility will be required with regards to hours and tasks undertaken. With a working week of 5 days over 7, and 40 hours, this is a fantastic
