Your role and responsibilities
- You handle incoming calls and provide callers with the needed information or pass them trough to the correct person of contact.
- You are the go to person for our visitors/customers. You answer their questions and show them the way.
- You arrange all business trips in order to ensure colleagues having a smooth trip.
- You manage the meeting rooms in order to obtain correct bookings and avoid overbooking.
- You are responsible for placing orders for office and kitchen supplies.
- You are responsible for a number of administrative tasks.
- You have experience in a similar role.
- You are an open and outgoing person. You have a dynamic way of doing things.
- You are service minded and you answer questions from visitors and callers with a never ending energy.
- You speak fluent English.
- You have strong IT skills (Microsoft Office).
- You know how to organize and prioritize your tasks on busy days.
