Duties & Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and switchboard management
- Taking and retrieving messages for various personnel
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company website and other related information.
- Managing diaries, Boardroom reservations, organizing meetings and appointments, as well as controlling access to 4 Executives.
- Arranging travel, transfers, and accommodation
- Organising events / conferences when required
- Reminding the Directors of important tasks and deadlines
- Coordinate and manage minutes and action lists from meetings.
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assist with document drafting, control and management.
