Receptionist Office Admin

Key responsibilities:

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately, notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls/referring inquiries correctly while providing basic information needed

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to organise, prioritise, multi-task, and work under pressure
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent professional work standard
  • Must have strong administration skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise

Qualifications/skills:

  • Grade 12 with maths
  • Professionalism
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Must be good in both verbal and written communication
  • Be a good listener
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, internet, email)
