THE ROLE
• Manage reception area and meeting rooms
• Greet visitors to the office and arranging refreshments
• Manage Directors diary and assist as a PA.
• Data processing and filing
THE PERSON
• A personality to impress, friendly, confident and approachable with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Good organisational skills, punctuality and reliability are essential
• A good communicator and helpful
• A keen eye for detail
• GCSE or equivalent, Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
• Dedicated to delivering a welcoming, professional and high standard of service at all times
HOURS
Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, one-hour lunch break. Occasional evening/weekend work.
