Receptionist/ Secretary
Job Functions:
Reception Service to clients, visitors and staff.
Handle switchboard, calls, transfers, messages, and faxes.
Help Coordinate client vehicle bookings, customer care jobs
Receive, then pass on sales and marketing enquiries
Manage deliveries, documents, mail into and out of the Firm.
Typing and Secretarial support to Directors and Managers.
Stationery control, issue and purchase. Printer/Copy Control
Ensure Cleaning Staff keep Reception area clean + serviced.
