Receptionist/ secretary
The client requires a competent and cheerful receptionist.
Ensure the distribution of all correspondence / mail
Maintain in good order the reception area
Serving customers and visitors and assisting them with the necessary assistance
Typing documents for departments
Arranging for meetings and ensuring that meeting rooms are clean and properly organized including all necessary resources.
Responsible for the day to day upkeep of the board room
Any other duties as assigned by superiors
