Seeking to employ a receptionist in Bray, North West.
Job responsibilities:
- The receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing telephone calls as well as receiving and directing visitors.
- This person will also assist with any other delegated duties.
- Receive and direct visitors and deliveries.
- Answer and direct telephone calls and take messages.
- General housekeeping of boardroom and reception area.
- General administration duties for executives.
Job requirements:
- Matric.
- Post Matric administration related training or qualification would be an advantage.
- Experience as receptionist would be ideal.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Excellent telephonic skills.
