Receptionist wanted

All round office admin is needed in Durban to help manager with routine admin tasks.

Job requirements:

  • Must be pc literate.
  • Handle incoming call enquiries and coordinate with our repair workshop,
  • so the applicant needs lots of patience and a good telephonic manner.Good typing skills + internet and email exp essential.
  • Other duties include invoicing,preparation of quotes and tracking payments,data capture.
  • Pastel experience a bonus, not crucial
