Receptionist with Administration experience


Receptionist / Administrator
The role involves providing an effective and efficient front line service together with administrational duties for the operations department, in addition to day to day office duties such as; monitoring stationery and office supplies, distributing post, booking couriers, information updating and organising core reception duties.
The role can vary dramatically with the high and low seasons of work within the office so the ideal candidate should be able to work in a high pressure environment, to multitask, as well as be able to keep themselves busy in quiet periods.
Responsibilities
-To be the main point of contact for permanent, visiting staff and contractors.
-To ensure the smooth transition of calls and emails to the relevant people/department and dealing with general enquiries.
-To greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner and inform the relevant people of their arrival as quickly as possible
-To undertake general administrative duties as required by the operations coordinator.
Job Requirements:
Skills / Knowledge / Experience
-Proven Reception experience
-Good time keeping is essential
-Polite and professional telephone manner, client facing and customer service skills and experience
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/ Word/ Excel
-Ability to prioritise and multi task
-Good level of literacy and numeracy skills
-Polite, enthusiastic and pro-active
-Self motivated
-Can-do attitude with good attention to detail
-Excellent organisational skills
-Well presented and punctual
-A team player as well as being able to work independently
