Role Purpose

As a Specialist Recruiter focusing on High Volume roles, you'll play a pivotal role in our dynamic Talent Acquisition team, revolutionising our approach to assessing and hiring large numbers of candidates. Leveraging your expertise, you'll identify and recruit talent ahead of demand, efficiently connecting them with the right opportunities. This role is essential in supporting our new operating model, emphasising efficient and effective project delivery.

What Youll Do

  • Bulk Recruitment Maestro: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume roles, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in every step.
  • Project Management Pro: Scope, plan, and execute recruitment projects with precision and urgency, ensuring timely delivery and great quality talent.
  • Process Innovator: Continuously improve recruitment processes, leveraging automation and technology to streamline operations.
  • Tech-Savvy Recruiter: Use advanced recruitment software and tools to enhance efficiency and maintain a seamless candidate experience.
  • Data Wizard: Analyse recruitment data to gain insights into business demand and pipeline effectively ahead of time.
  • Candidate Experience Champion: Ensure every candidate has a positive and professional experience, from application to onboarding.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or relevant depth of expertise in Human Resources or related field.
Experience
  • At least five years of experience managing all phases of the talent acquisition process, with at least 2 years experience in high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in recruitment software and automation tools.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment projects with excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Up-to-date with best practices in talent acquisition, data privacy, and employment legislation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for operational decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
