Location: Remote (South Africa)
Salary: R15, 000 per month
Commission & Bonus Structure:
- 10% commission on international permanent placements
- 10% of the billed EOR fee
- 10% commission on local permanent placements
- 10% commission of contract value on local contractors
- Incentive bonus: Bill more than R150, 000 per month in permanent placement fees and earn an additional 5% commission on all paid invoices (total 15%). Connectivity Allowance: R1, 000 per month Equipment Provided: Laptop, headset, inverter, keyboard, and mouse
Were seeking an experienced, driven, and business-savvy Recruiter and Employer of Record (EOR) Consultant to join our dynamic remote team. If youve been to the "university of life, " are excellent at business development, and have a proven track record working with HR Managers, Directors, and business owners, this could be the role for you.
In this role, you will recruit top talent for South African and international clients (UK, US, and Australia) while selling our Employer of Record services. This position offers substantial earning potential with an increasing basic salary as you grow your client base and reach your goals.

- Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and place candidates in permanent and contract roles both locally and internationally.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional recruitment services.
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
- Employer of Record (EOR) Services:
- Promote and sell our EOR services to international clients in the UK, US, and Australia.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring compliance with global employment laws and smooth payroll processing.
- Business Development:
- Drive new business by engaging with HR Managers, Directors, and business owners.
- Leverage existing relationships to generate new leads and expand our EOR service offerings.
- Tech-Savvy Systems Management:
- Manage recruitment and client records using Manatal ATS and Close CRM.
- Maintain smooth operational processes using our tech stack (Slack, Google Docs, etc.).
- Continuous Learning:
- Benefit from ongoing training to enhance your recruitment, sales, and EOR service skills.
- Min 5 years of recruitment experience (local and international markets)
- Min 3 years of business development experience
- Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Experience working with HR Managers, Directors, and business owners
- Strong understanding of the Employer of Record model
- Tech-savvy and able to work with multiple digital platforms
- Self-driven, excellent at closing deals, and thrives in a target-driven environment
