Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Recruiter to join our team on a deposit and placement fee. In this role, you will specialize in headhunting and work independently sourcing exceptional candidates for a variety of positions, including marketing, sales, paid media buyers, and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, identify, and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
- Screen, filter, and shortlist candidates to ensure they meet the client's requirements.
- Send shortlisted candidates, previously vetted, to our team for further evaluation and client interviews.
- Find candidates with excellent English skills willing to work 9-5 EST
- Proven experience as an outbound recruiter, headhunter, or similar role.
- Expertise in using your own LinkedIn Recruiter account and other sourcing tools.
- Strong track record of successful placements and high placement rates.
- Willing to work with an initial deposit to run the search and a placement fee for each successful hire.
