R1000 per month connectivity allowance.
10% commission on international permanent placements.
10% of the billed EOR fee.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter specializing in manufacturing and engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, a strong understanding of the manufacturing and engineering industries, and a proven track record of successfully filling technical positions. The Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and managing the hiring process. Proficient in using ATSs and CRMs. We are looking for someone who bills minimum R150 000 per month or more in perm fees.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:
- Source, attract, and recruit top talent in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's staffing needs.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Administer and interpret technical assessments where applicable.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and progress.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Job Posting and Advertising:
- Write and post clear, compelling job descriptions on various job boards and platforms.
- Monitor the effectiveness of job postings and adjust strategies as needed to attract qualified candidates.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Business Development:
- Bring new clients onboard by call calling.
- A big part of your job will be to reach out to leads telephonically, by mail and on LinkedIn.
- Reference candidates:
- You will do your own referencing
- Offer and Contract negotiations:
- You will negotiate offers and contracts between candidates and clients.
- Sell add-on services:
- HR/IR Consulting, Payroll, IT support and office space, transport and parking.
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing and engineering.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and requirements in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using ATSs and CRMs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
