We are looking for a professional 180 Executive Recruiter to source candidates on behalf of our clients for highly specialised UK Care Sector focused positions, all in a senior capacity working from managerial level, functional leadership through to C-Suite & Board level appointments. The
successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent and to ensure lasting and successful placements. Our goal is to deliver to / exceed clients expectations and to find skilled individuals that they would not otherwise have access to. You will be in charge of building a pipeline of qualified candidates to close allocated job requisitions. You will be responsible for maintaining a good relationship with candidates through to handover and shortlisting, scoping opportunities for new client relationships, and supporting us in delivering to our existing clients requirements while adhering to the companys standard metrics and KPIs.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a tenacious mindset and excellent market familiarity relevant UK recruitment markets and work closely with senior management to deliver an unrivalled level of service.
Job Description
- Headhunting of potential candidates through a proactive telephone based outreach process.
- Overcoming challenges from gate keepers in order to engage with the required individuals.
- Objection handling and overcoming reasons for an individuals lack of interest or not wanting to progress.
- Sourcing candidate profiles, lead generation, and building while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and potential clients.
- Understand job requisitions through calibrations and/or provide job descriptions and execute sourcing plans for identifying potential candidates.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, available databases, social media, and other reliable channels.
- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
- Match finely selected candidates to client mandates, aligning skills and experience precisely.
- Contribute to business growth by relaying potential leads to the Business Development team.
- Job writing and job posting on various channels.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess capabilities, communication skill levels, location preferences, salary expectations, etc.
- Build strong credibility with candidates that would ultimately result in a highly responsive network.
- Understand / negotiate salary expectations and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job opportunities.
- Constant coordination regarding any updates in application status or new compatible job orders.
- Meet or exceed weekly standard pipeline expectations.
- Present longlisted/shortlisted candidates and provide profile summary information
- Consistent usage of internal trackers/systems for proper documentation of processes and data safeguarding.
- Provide daily and weekly status reports and information to the management team.
- Participate proactively in meetings to fulfil duties and foster both business and organisational growth.
- Engage in training to sharpen relevant knowledge and skills for continuous professional development.
- Bachelors/College Degree specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields.
- Minimum of 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience for a wide array of job verticals within the UK Market or relevant working experience working with a UK recruitment firm.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong on-the-phone ability to create interest, grow relationships, and build rapport.
- Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods
- Good business acumen, highly driven, results-oriented, and values harmony within a team.
- Experience in using various ATS tools, job boards, and CRM (e.g. JobAdder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Lusha, CV-Library, Indeed).
- Proficient in candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset aimed at delivering results.
- Capable of flourishing in an autonomous and mature work environment.
- Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Competency using Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Must have a very strong ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong customer service and presentation skills.
- Pleasant and outgoing personality, emotionally intelligent, and a strong ability to create rapport.
