Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment activities for Catering portfolio
- Maintain applicant tracking system
- Act as an intermediate between HRPB, Learning & Development and Operations
- Align with Compensation and Benefits Administrators for submission of documentation
- Support with on boarding / engagements (management and unskilled)
- Report monthly on recruitment activities
- Job profile maintenance
- Design recruitment questionnaires
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, training etc
- Review and screen applications, compile a list of applications
- Conducting vetting
- Prepare job offers to successful candidates and reference check
- Maintain staffing records and related recruitment tracking tools and statistics etc
- Design adverts for social media
Skills and Competencies
- Previous working knowledge of an applicant tracking system
- Excellent people skills
- Strong interpersonal and communicative skills (verbal and written)
- Computer literate on Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Organising Skills
- Detail orientated
- Assertive
- Deadline driven
Qualifications
- Matric
- Relevant degree will be advantageous
- years of experience working in a similar role
- Own reliable transport
