Salary: R6 500 R8 500 per month depending on experience
40 days paid holiday annually - (28 days + bank holidays + extended festive period shutdown)

Mandatory Skills - 2 to 4 years experience in:
Experience In a Similar Role Essential (agency Preferred)
Knowledge of proactive sourcing techniques and building talent pools
High attention to detail and good communications skills verbal and written
Proficient IT user and ATS knowledge beneficial
Trustworthy and reliable
Flexible and able to prioritise an ever changing to do list
Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
Organised, confident and have a polite telephone manner
Duties include but not limited to -
Pre-screening and managing applications for current vacancies, reviewing CVs, arranging interviews, sending applications to relevant Recruitment Administrators
Source high quality candidates to meet customer requirements by implementing extensive Headhunting techniques
Interview candidates by following best practices
Actively use social media platforms to promote employer branding and to drive traffic to open roles by establishing and growing relevant professional networks and talent pools
