Job Summary:
The Recruitment and Onboarding Associate plays a multi-faceted role in helping to bring in new talent to CDW. You will work with recruiters, hiring managers, other department stakeholders and new hires during the interview and post-offer stages of the hiring process and help create an excellent candidate experience.
What you will do:  
Be the point-person for candidates at CDW UK & Rest of World for interviewing and onboarding
  • Partner closely and build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers to move candidates through the assessment and interview processes in all of our UK & International locations
  • Schedule candidate interview days and times and rooms, managing a large volume of communication (Email,  Text Messages,  WhatsApp, WeChat, Teams calls) if needed to make that happen
  • Support the new starter onboarding lifecycle from accepted offer to background check process management and escalation point-of-contact, onboarding documentation collection and reminders for submittal, and new starter equipment ticketing.
  • Be the face of CDW on New Starters Day 1 and help with any other document or identification collection and verification, guide new starters through the office and trainings, and help with any light troubleshooting they may need.
  • Help to develop, document, and improve interview scheduling and onboarding processes
  • Create excellent relationships across many Backbone functions at CDW including HR, IT, Payroll, Internal Procurement and others for strong stakeholdering during and after onboarding processes of new hires.
  • Support in report pulling and distributing, any other tracking, data entry, or other duties, as needed.
What we expect of you:  
Must Have:
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a corporate office environment, ideally in an HR or TA Administrative, Coordinator, or similar type role.
  • Strong experience and skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Outlook & Excel
  • Incredible attention to detail, multitasking and organizational skills, with high responsiveness, and ability to pinpoint areas that need improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to easily connect with all types of people, at different levels across the organization.
  • Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Thrive in a fast pace and change drive environment of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality by keeping sensitive candidate and new hire information secure.
  • Learn and Grow. Ambitiously take on new assignments to support your coworkers and team.
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices gained from a recruitment or onboarding or HR coordinator role
  • Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Jobvite or Workday preferred
