Opportunity requirements:
- Grade 12
- 2 to 3 year’s recruitment experience is a must
- 1 to 3 year’s in the HR environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications would be advantageous (Note: Please supply supporting qualification documents if applicable)
- Driven and motivated individual
- Ability to work well independently
- Professional
- Well spoken, well presented with excellent communication skills
- People skills
- Highly organized with excellent admin abilities
- Pays attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – especially telephonically
- Interview techniques (Structured, competency based questions, behavioural questions)
Opportunity responsibilities:
- Ensuring highly professional and appropriate client service
- Adhering to the company’s value for speed and quality
- Preparing effective company marketing and advertising
- Accurately searching for candidates according to prescribed specs
- Building of database
- Headhunt company’s and candidates through researching
- Liaise telephonically and via email with candidates and clients
- Interviewing and screening candidates and referring to clients
- Completing reference and verification checks
- Professionally and comprehensively preparing CV’s according to the company’s standards
- Capturing CV’s and updating relevant information onto the company’s in-house database
- Following prescribed admin processes for saving and storing of CVs and Candidate information
- Ensuring placement paperwork and admin is completed accurately within required time frames
- Achieving set targets and subsequent statistical requirements efficiently as set by management
- Maintaining an acceptable public relations image with clients and the general public
- Building the Company’s brand
- General admin duties e.g. maintaining calendars, typing, filing, and document preparation.
- Shortlisting of potential candidates and scheduling of interview with management.
- Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Send out regret letters to interviewees.
Salary: Commission based
