Job Responsibilities
- Develop your own recruitment client base by:
- Proactively prospecting for new clients through face-to-face appointments and cold calling
- Conducting a comprehensive recruitment needs analysis for each client
- Presenting clients with tailored recruitment offerings
- Managing client engagement through calls, appointments, and consistent communication
- Continuously prospecting to maintain a full sales pipeline
- Accurately updating and maintaining sales reports
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets set by the business
- Communicate market trends and conditions to clients and internal stakeholders
- Establish new client contacts and secure qualified job specifications
- Negotiate contracts and finalize commercial terms with clients
- Provide ongoing feedback on open job statuses and provisions
- Leverage client networks to create new business relationships
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with your client database
- Adhere to all policies and procedures related to the recruitment process and reporting
- Proven sales success within a recruitment agency environment
- Scheduling meetings and face-to-face interactions with middle to senior management across various industries and corporate sizes
- Established network of clients within sectors such as IT, Financial Services, Telecommunications, etc.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, technology, and processes
- Prior experience in professional services consulting is a plus
- Tertiary Education (3-year National Diploma / Degree) preferred
- Deadline-driven and action-oriented
- Self-motivated and self-sufficient, able to work effectively in a flexible, non-micromanaged environment
- Willingness to share knowledge and collaborate with team members
- Contribution to a positive, transparent team culture
- Active engagement in achieving annual revenue targets
