We are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with extensive client interfacing and business development experience. Ideally based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.
Candidates will be developing relationships with UK based clients and leveraging those relationships to achieve our clients organisation goals. This is a highly target orientated position. UK times will need to be taken into account before applying.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be targeted on generating sales leads with new clients and candidates. These leads come by way of targeted job adverts, database searches, head-hunting passive candidates from job boards and turning around existing enquiries. You will be responsible for generating candidates to convert to placements and develop client relationships.
Mostly office based with some flexibility for a hybrid working arrangement.
Requirements
To be suitable for this post you must process the following:
- Education - minimum National Senior Certificate Bachelor Pass
- Excellent customer service skills
- A genuine desire to succeed in all that you do
- The ability to both follow direction and act on your own initiative to close a sale
- A resilient and tenacious approach to your work
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work outside of normal office hours when required.
The role will reward a motivated sales driven individual with good attention to detail and the ability to spot and nurture candidate relationships to lead to sales for the business. It will not suit someone looking for a general sales support role. Results do not come easy in this competitive market but those with the right qualities will succeed.
