An established Recruitment Agency is looking to expand operations to other areas in the country, particularly Johannesburg, Pretoria and surrounds.
We do have existing clients in these areas, but you will need to be able to do 360 recruitment. The position is initially commission driven, but you earn commission on all placements made, not just your own. We understand that it takes a little time to get started, and so we have made provision for the initial period.
After the 4th month of regular placements, we will consider a basic salary and further incentives to add to your earnings.
You need recruitment agency experience, in which you were active in getting new clients and building your desk. Do not come along just for the ride. Re establishing relationships with clients and new business are key to your role. We have a way of getting clients onboard that has been successful up until now.
