Job responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods;
Screening & meeting candidates to understand what they are looking for in a new role;
Matching identified candidates to job specs;
Negotiating fees;
Meeting & entertaining clients;
Closing the deal.
Provide a vital link between clients and candidates.
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media;
Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers;
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be working;
