Recruitment consultant is required in Hibiscus Coast, South Coast (Ugu).
Job responsibilities:
- Cold calling and sourcing of potential business
- Sourcing quality candidates for existing business
- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Receive and screening of ad-response / incoming CV’s
- Sourcing of potential candidates via Pnet / Career Junction and other methods
- Contact / Screening and interview all possible candidates for available positions
- CV submission to relevant clients
- Coordinating of recruitment process with client and candidate
- Making the placement!
Job requirements:
- Matric
- Proven track record of targets achieved
- Target driven / money hungry
- Prepared to cold call when needed
- Must have some recruitment experience in IT
- Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English)
- Must be computer literate
- Able to work in an open plan environment
- Team player
