Responsibilities
- Call allocated customers daily as per call cycle.
- Handle incoming sales or general calls.
- Provide support to Sales Representatives by assisting in achievement of set budgets and increase in volumes and market share.
- Update the client database.
- Date back orders.
- Minimise back orders on the backorder on the system.
- Maintain and check the backorder report.
- Inform customers of products out of stock or of obstacles to efficient service delivery.
- Assist with problem solving or complaints.
- Build relationships with clients.
- Handle request from internal clients or departments.
- Assist the Call Centre Supervisor when required.
- Assist with switchboard when required.
- Assist with Cash and Carry Stock when required.
- Computer Literacy.

- Minimum requirement is matric or equivalent NQF.
- 3 5 years working experience in a telesales environment.
