Minimum Requirements
- Recognised HR qualification - Diploma / Degree or similar
- A minimum of 2 - 4 year's corporate recruitment experience in a manufacturing and/or production industry
- SAP SuccessFactors / similar HRM software working experience
Execute recruitment projects aligned to standard processes and systems, verifications and best practices supporting a resourced business environment and talent pipeline.
- Determine staffing requirements
- Screen and shortlist candidate resumes
- Perform in-person and telephonic interviews with candidates
- Administer appropriate company assessments
- Perform reference and background checks
- Engage with line management, coordinate interviews and follow up on the interview process status
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate employer information and benefits during the screening process
- Act as liaison with employment agencies, colleges and industry associations
- Complete timely reports on employment activity
- Conduct exit interviews with terminated employees
- Manage administration relating to the recruitment and selection process
- Grade 12
- Knowledge of labour legislation
- Confident communicator and able to negotiate
- Able to work under pressure and deadline driven
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
- Able and willing to travel as required
